Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Artifacts and Irony US! Because every item we sell is uniquely custom-printed just for you as soon as you place an order, our fulfillment process looks a little different than a traditional retail warehouse.

Please review our processing and shipping timelines below so you know exactly when to expect your gear.

Order Production

All of our apparel and accessories are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our printing facility to physically create, quality-check, and securely pack your items.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Times

We proudly ship across the United States. Once your item has finished production and is handed off to the shipping carrier, standard US transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Production (1-2 days) + Shipping (2-4 days) = You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 8 business days from the exact moment you check out.

Shipping Rates

Exact shipping rates (or free shipping promotions, if applicable) will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed for you at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your live tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking link to update with your package's active location.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple different types of products (for example, a hoodie and a mug), they may be printed at different specialized facilities. In this case, your items may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

International Shipping

At this time, this specific storefront is exclusively dedicated to fulfilling orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping from this domain.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We cannot refund orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
