Refund policy
At Artifacts and Irony US, every item is uniquely custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this on-demand production method, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores that hold standard inventory. Please review the following guidelines.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or features a printing error, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 15 days of the product delivery date.

How to file a claim: Please email our team at support@artifactsandirony.com. Include your order number and clear, well-lit photographs showing the entire product and a close-up of the specific defect. We will process your replacement or refund immediately upon verification.
Sizing Issues and Buyer's Remorse
Because all of our apparel and accessories are custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, or if you ordered the incorrect size or color.

To prevent sizing errors, we provide highly detailed size charts and garment measurements on every single product page. We strongly recommend reviewing these charts carefully before completing your checkout.
Lost in Transit
If your package is officially lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will replace your order at no additional cost to you. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping window.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently stolen or lost from your property. Additionally, we cannot cover the cost of replacements if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Our orders are sent to our printing facilities for fulfillment shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at support@artifactsandirony.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the active production phase, it cannot be altered or canceled.
